Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
